Ruth Davies started her working career after completing 3 years at Bakery College in Liverpool as a test baker.

   
Ruth has been a teacher at the Mary Ford Cake Artistry Centre in Bournemouth, and after working as head of cake decorating at several well known Bakeries in the North West and winning the National Celebration Cake Confectioner of the Year at the Bakery Industry Awards, Ruth opened her own business in 2000.
     
 
 
   
       
Ruth and her team of skilled decorators can be seen working in her shop at Wesley Street, Southport and is available to give expert advice working with the customer to create that exclusive individual design
